Procedures for Participation: Should you wish to participate in public comments or request to “speak” on any agenda item or during “Communications”, you may speak when authorized by the Personnel Commission Chair or by submitting your comments electronically by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions by email must be received before 4:00 pm on July 7, 2020.
Please include in the subject line of the email: COMMENTS FOR THE MEETING OF JULY 7, 2020. Please indicate if you are addressing a specific agenda item or making a “Public Comment.”
